About The Role

As part of our growth here at TAC Healthcare, our Occupational Health business area have an exciting opening for a Medical Receptionist.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will provide a warm and efficient Front of House service, whilst delivering high quality customer care and contributing to an overall outstanding client experience.

This is a part-time permanent position, working Monday-Friday. The role is working 21.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern of either 8am-12:15pm or 12.45-5pm, based at our clinic in Sunbury. We would require availability for both morning and afternoon shifts, across the week.

The full-time salary for the role is £24,690, as this is part-time, the actual salary is £14,155.60.

What you will do: 

  • To be visible, accessible and approachable for staff, patients and the public, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any on site enquiries.
  • To meet and greet patients, visitors, and staff with their enquiries.
  • To work collaboratively with the Service Delivery Manager and Clinical staff to deliver the patient journey.
  • To provide a chaperone service as required by clinicians on site.
  • To ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

About you:

  • Proven Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment and ability to work well as part of the team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good IT skills
  • Good knowledge of the Energy Sector, preferred.
  • Significant OH experience, preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Front of House Services or Hospitality Environment
  • Ensure all registration of patients is completed in line with company policy.
