Due to a period of growth within our Offshore business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Offshore Operations Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday.
Providing operational management for our Offshore services, you will effectively line manage our remote medical professionals and Offshore Medics. You will ensure rotas are planned effectively, deploying competent medics as required, to satisfy company and client standards.

What you will do:
- Ensure all medics deployed on assigned sites have completed company and client specific inductions and have been provided with access to the electronic medical records system.
- Fully implement the site assurance tools across all assigned sites, ensuring outputs are adequately captured and reported upon.
- Host routine operational calls with offshore teams and onshore stakeholders, using sound judgement to manage and/or escalate any operational issues and plan new projects.
- Effectively line manage all assigned Medics, including operational/project inductions, regular one to one meetings, performance reviews, and operational objective setting.
- Act as an operational focal point for assigned client contracts, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered.
- Actively participate in recruitment and retention for all offshore clients.
About you:
- You will hold extensive knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- Have previous experience in people management with the ability to motivate, engage, inspire and drive multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
- Outstanding communication skills to work effectively and dynamically, fostering an environment of team working.
- Be a strong critical thinker, with analytical and problem-solving skills, reacting quickly to meet challenges, whilst exercising calmness under pressure.
- Possess excellent conflict management, negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.
- Have excellent levels of written and verbal communication.
- Offshore travel would be required for the role, alongside occasional UK wide travel.
