TAC is looking for an experienced sales professional with knowledge within Occupational Health in a commercial marketplace. Due to continued and exciting growth here at TAC Healthcare an opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented, and motivated Business Development Manager.
Making sure we have a robust and effective sales and business development team is key to further success at TAC Healthcare. Delivering business opportunities within our Occupational Health division will be pivotal to our wider business strategy for 2025 and beyond.
Our new Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new sales, increasing our market presence throughout multiple commercial sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generation of new revenue streams within multiple commercial sectors
- An ability to communicate to senior levels within commercial organisations to generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand the variances of fitness to work healthcare requirements.
- Work closely with internal account managers, marketing and operations teams.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis as necessary.
- Raise the TAC Healthcare profile via industry events.
About you:
- Experience of managing and implementing new business opportunities within commercial sectors
- A network of HR and HSE contacts within Energy, Renewables, Construction and Government clients
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial tenders.
- An understanding of Health & Safety regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong planning and organisations skills
- An ability to write bids and proposals, and present with a high level of attention to detail.
