About The Role

Project Managers within the TAC Healthcare Occupational Health team are the key to our continued growth and success. You’ll be accountable for the planning, delivery and implementation of a number of our services that are pivotal to our wider business strategy for 2024 and beyond.

Are you proactive, meticulous, collaborative and experienced in inspiring teams? Ideally you will have a background within healthcare or energy – oil and gas industries. You’ll be on your game when it comes to continuous improvement and best practice and able to provide expert advice and first-class customer services to our clients.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, working full-time from our Aberdeen office in Dyce, Monday-Friday. 
 

What you’ll do:

  • Initiate the project - check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources.
  • Carry out planning - including setting goals, defining roles and producing schedules for tasks. 
  • Select, inspire and motivate your project team.
  • Manage the project - including co-ordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
  • Close the project -including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
  • Follow a standard process, as defined by a professional project management organisation, such as the APM or the PMI.

  • Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager or Account Manager within the energy or healthcare industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and inspire your project team.
  • The ability to monitor and control budgets.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations.
  • The ability to use your initiative and make judgements under pressure.
  • Hold Project Management qualifications/certifications.
