Project Managers within the TAC Healthcare Occupational Health team are the key to our continued growth and success. You’ll be accountable for the planning, delivery and implementation of a number of our services that are pivotal to our wider business strategy for 2024 and beyond.
Are you proactive, meticulous, collaborative and experienced in inspiring teams? Ideally you will have a background within healthcare or energy – oil and gas industries. You’ll be on your game when it comes to continuous improvement and best practice and able to provide expert advice and first-class customer services to our clients.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract, working full-time from our Aberdeen office in Dyce, Monday-Friday.
What you’ll do:
- Initiate the project - check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources.
- Carry out planning - including setting goals, defining roles and producing schedules for tasks.
- Select, inspire and motivate your project team.
- Manage the project - including co-ordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
- Close the project -including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
- Follow a standard process, as defined by a professional project management organisation, such as the APM or the PMI.

- The ability to use your initiative and make judgements under pressure.
- Hold Project Management qualifications/certifications.
